House rules
As in hotels, check-in time after 2:00 p.m., check-out time before 12:00 a.m. If necessary, early check-in and/or late check-out are possible without any additional payment, if this does not interfere with guests, accommodated before your arrival and after your leave. But in order to ensure the possibility of early check-in or late check-out It is necessary to provide payment for:
Early check-in, before 12:00 a.m. - fee equal to one standard day
Late check-out, before 6:00 p.m. - fee equal to half of standard day
Late check-out, after 6:00 p.m. - fee equal to one standard day
Transfer
If necessary, we can provide transfer service from airports Borispol and Zhuliany, as well as from railway station or bus station. Our driver, holding a name plate, will meet you in the arrival hall or platform, assist in handling your luggage and give you a lift to the destination place. If your flight or train is late - don't worry, as our driver will be waiting until your arrival. Depending on your requirements, we will provide suitable by size minibus or passenger car and develop the most convenient route avoiding traffic jams and traffic lights.
